Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) Response Preparedness Programs


High-Speed Tac Med offers realistic response programs for residential Homeowners Associations (HOAs), Community Services Districts (CSDs), and Community Emergency Response Teams (C.E.R.T).  Programs consist of detailed site-specific plans, on-site training sessions, and drills for:


  • FIRST AID, CPR, & AED TRAINING: Red Cross Adult Training (response guidelines for First Aid, CPR, & AED - including strokes, shock, fainting, allergic reactions, seizures, burns, bites, fractures, bone and tissue injuries, sprains, choking, rescue breathing, and more), comprehensive tourniquet training for uncontrollable mass arterial bleeding, and 2-year Red Cross certification.
  • MEDICAL RESPONSE PROGRAM: Site-specific written plan, response protocol to supplement the response from emergency professionals, AED monitoring, drills, and exercises; Red Cross Adult Training (response guidelines for First Aid, CPR, & AED - including strokes, shock, fainting allergic reactions, seizures, burns, bites, fractures, bone and tissue injuries, sprains, choking, rescue breathing, comprehensive tourniquet training for uncontrollable mass arterial bleeding, and more).
  • RESIDENTIAL RESPONSE PROGRAM: Resident response guidelines for earthquakes, fires, mud slides, power outages, water and gas leaks / spills, and extreme weather events including maps, family / commuter / school / elderly planning, home fire mitigation and preparation, communication options,  monitoring incidents, and after incident resources.
  • SECURITY RESPONSE PROGRAM: Site-specific program for active-shooter (internal / external threats), suspicious mail / packages, civil unrest, and bomb threats includes written plan, guidelines, training, and drills.
